The Client: The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, MA
The Project: Install WordPress and customize theme for new blog authored by Belfer Center Director and senior faculty
The Details: Center management finally okayed the first official Belfer Center blog in January 2011. Before its launch in early February, 2011, I had installed WordPress and set up the administrative workflow to manage content and users, customized the WordPress theme to bring it in line with the Center's visual identity, and after launch, I took charge of formatting the text and photographic content for each post. I also trained the Center's Communications Director and other staff in drafting/editing content within WordPress.
